Each plan comes with a monthly pool of credits shared across chat, images and video, where 10,000 credits equal HK$1. Different models use credits at different rates — longer conversations and longer videos use more. Your pool resets on your billing date each month and unused credits don’t roll over.
You can top up anytime — HK$20 buys a 75,000-credit pack that never expires while your plan is active — or upgrade your plan. We never silently throttle your account: you always see exactly what’s left.
Each plan limits how many credits a single message can consume (5,000 on Starter up to 100,000 on Max). It protects your monthly pool from one accidental giant request. Typical messages use a small fraction of the cap; very long documents may need a higher plan.
