Members, you included, can't exceed your seats. Seats added mid-month are charged in full at once and run on their own monthly cycle; removed seats leave when their paid period ends. Per-request cap 60,000 credits; images draw on the same pool.

These are estimates. Credits follow the official price times the credit rate and are charged by what each request actually uses; monthly counts assume the whole month goes to one kind of use.

Yes. Team is priced per seat: HK$198 per seat a month, minimum 5 seats (from HK$990 a month). Each seat adds 1,200,000 credits a month to one shared pool, you can cap each member’s monthly credits, and every member gets their own API key. Add seats anytime. Email [email protected] and we set your team up.
Each month you get one pool of credits for chat, images and video, at 10,000 credits = HK$1. Credits reset monthly and don’t roll over. There’s no pay-as-you-go balance.
Yes. Create an API key in the console and follow the docs to point the tool at Essevin. Requests then draw on your subscription credits.
You pay once for the year and still receive the monthly allowance every month for twelve months. It isn’t one big annual pool.
Add a credit pack (HK$20 = 150,000 credits, HK$50 = 400,000 credits, HK$100 = 850,000 credits). Pack credits last the month you buy them and the next, and your monthly credits are used first. Taster can buy the HK$20 pack, up to 2 a month; teams add seats instead. You can also upgrade anytime. Buy them in the console while you have an active plan.
Yes, and upgrades cost only the difference. From a monthly plan, you buy the new plan at full price (it starts the next day) and the unused part of the old one is refunded to your card within 10 business days. A yearly plan moving to a higher yearly plan switches at once and pays only the difference for the time left. Downgrades, and yearly to monthly, take effect when your paid period ends.
No. Essevin is an independently run consumer product with its own site, accounts, subscriptions and credits. It shares no account, balance or subscription with any business or API service.
